Shift Manager

Job Description

On behalf of our client in the retail field, we are looking for  a Shift Manager.

-Managing 2 x late shifts, the hours will be 3pm - 12am
-Managing inventories and stock both inbound and outbound, keeping detailed records and reporting any shortages or stock issues, to actively prevent re-books
-Working to ensure KPIs are achieved and recorded accurately
-Assist in the recruitment and onboarding on new team members
-Conduct briefings with team, to communicate targets, health and safety
-Conduct return to work meetings to ensure the health and safety and welfare of the team

-Experienced Shift Manager or Department lead
-Able to manage, coach and develop people
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Strong IT skills including MS Office
-Ability and confidence to build relationships across all levels of the business
