Job Title: Production Specialist – Custom Bullion Patches

We’re expanding. And we’re looking for someone who understands that custom bullion patches aren’t just accessories—they’re craftsmanship stitched in gold and silver wire.

At Patches Maker UK, we produce detailed, hand-finished bullion badges for military units, ceremonial uniforms, clubs, and premium brands. This isn’t basic embroidery. It’s textured wire, layered felt, precise placement, and patience. Lots of patience.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work closely with our production team to create high-end bullion patches using metallic threads, coils, sequins, and fine detailing techniques. Some days will be repetitive. Some days will test your steady hand. Every day, quality comes first. We don’t rush bullion work. If it’s not clean, balanced, and properly secured, it doesn’t leave the table.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with hand embroidery or bullion wire techniques (preferred, but strong embroidery skills matter too)

• Sharp attention to detail—crooked lines won’t cut it

• Steady hands and patience for intricate work

• Ability to follow artwork and production specifications accurately

• Pride in craftsmanship

If you’ve worked on ceremonial badges, military crests, or luxury embroidered emblems before, you’ll feel at home here. If you haven’t—but you’re serious about learning—we’re open to skill over ego.
