Customer Support Manager

Job Requirements

Working within an established team you will learn the skills to create Employee benefits platforms.

You will gain instruction from the client on the requirements and carry out the necessary work to build a unique offering for that business.

As you would expect there is a great deal of data involved so being able to adhere to GDPR and having a good attention to detail is essential.

There is a need to configure employee benefits modules and reports on a regular basis for existing clients.

Assist with onboarding and offer training to new clients.

Act as a point of contact for your portfolio of clients, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Skills

Confident communicator

Strong relationship builder

Ability to juggle multiple projects

Solid skills within MS 365

Above average skills with Excel – (Formulas should be a breeze for you)

Be accurate and have good attention to detail.

Office

Central Guildford – This is a hybrid role

Salary

£34,000 - £36000

Hours

Standard hours are 9 am to 5.30 pm with a 1-hour lunch. flexible time available, start later or finish earlier, (start up to 10 am or finish by 4.30 pm)
