JOB DESCRIPTION
This role supports colleagues use our case management systems effectively and supports accurate data reporting to improve services for the people Llamau supports. You will be the first point of contact for system queries and provide user administration, training and advice. You will be able to create accurate reporting and dashboards and use of Business Intelligence tools to translate data into visual presentations.
